This website is owned and operated by VizLine Service Group, Inc. (DBA "VizLine"), located at 131 Main St, Suite 205, Hackensack, NJ 07601. The website address is www.vizline.com. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and applicable laws. VizLine may modify these Terms at any time without notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

PART A — Website Terms of Use

1. Use of Website and Content

1.1 Ownership

All materials on this website — images, text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, video clips, software, and other content (collectively, "Content") — are the exclusive property of VizLine and/or its content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1.2 Permitted Use

This website and Content are for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use including modification, distribution, republication, sale, or reproduction without VizLine's written consent is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct

VizLine may disclose your information to third parties (i) in response to legal requirements or government requests, (ii) as necessary for website operations, or (iii) to protect VizLine's or users' rights and property.

3. Limitation of Liability (Website)

VizLine expressly disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VizLine is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

4. Remedies

VizLine reserves the right to pursue all legal and equitable remedies for violations of these Terms, including blocking access from specific IP addresses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to these Terms or the website shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the current rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Hackensack, NJ. Class arbitration is not permitted.

PART B — Service Terms

VizLine's services ("Services") are operated by VizLine Service Group, Inc. ("VizLine") at 131 Main St, Suite 205, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Customer agrees to use Services only for lawful business purposes.

1. Service Definitions

1.1 Virtual Address — Virtual Office (from $49.95/mo)

Provides a business mailing address at one of 120+ partner locations across the US. Incoming mail is scanned and forwarded to your registered email.

Important: Virtual addresses cannot be used for bank account opening, IRS registration, government filings, or seller platform address verification. Use the Real Business Address service for those purposes.

1.2 Real Business Address — Real Office Address (from $350/mo)

Provides a US business address at a physical VizLine partner building. Currently available in DE, CA, NJ, and GA. Suitable for bank account opening, IRS registration, entity address registration, and seller platform verification. Activated within 48 hours of contract and payment confirmation.

This service is eligible for the VizLine Verified 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee. See Section 7.

1.3 Cloud Phone & PBX — Cloud PBX (from $49.95/mo)

Cloud-based business phone system featuring US local or toll-free numbers, extension management, call routing, voicemail, and call recording. Operated entirely on VizLine's own infrastructure.

1.4 Phone Verification ($75/mo)

A US mobile number issued via smartphone app, with direct receipt and SMS-to-email forwarding. Suitable for SMS verification on platforms like Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, and Walmart.

1.5 Live Receptionist ($75/mo)

During business hours, a native English-speaking receptionist answers and routes calls in your company name. Calls outside business hours go to voicemail.

1.6 Custom Premium Plan (from $499/mo)

Bundle plan including Real Business Address, Phone Verification, and Cloud PBX, plus the following added support:

  • Bank Account Opening Support: Document support for Mercury business account application. Begins after entity formation. Total time approximately 3-4 weeks.
  • Seller Platform Verification: Address and phone verification support for Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and Walmart Marketplace seller accounts.
  • IRS Mail Receipt and Translation: IRS mail received at registered address is scanned and explained.
This plan is eligible for the VizLine Verified 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee. See Section 7.

1.7 Entity Formation Support (Consultation Required)

LLC, C-Corp, and S-Corp formation in partnership with external CPA specialists.

Important: Entity formation is not instantly activated. State processing time means this takes approximately 2-3 weeks. This service is not available for immediate online checkout — it requires a consultation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Services are provided on the condition that you accept these Terms without modification. Unless otherwise stated, these Terms apply equally to all current and future Service features.

3. Term and Renewal

3.1 Monthly Recurring Services

All monthly Services begin on the activation date specified in the contract and automatically renew each month unless properly terminated.

3.2 Termination Notice

Cancellation or downgrade requires 30 days' written notice before the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months except as outlined in Section 7.

4.1 Payment

All fees are billed monthly in advance to the designated credit card. Payments received after the due date incur a $50 late fee.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Customer authorizes VizLine to automatically charge the credit card monthly until cancellation. Non-use of services is not grounds for refusing payment.

4.3 Overage Charges

For Live Receptionist, calls beyond plan-included minutes incur $1.00/min for domestic and $0.12/min for international calls.

4.4 Physical Mail Forwarding Fees

Physical mail forwarding incurs postage and handling fees. Items over 10 lbs, over 18 inches, or hazardous/perishable items will not be accepted.

4.5 Service Suspension

VizLine may suspend or terminate services without notice in cases of non-payment, declined credit card, or chargeback requests. Past-due amounts incur 1.5% monthly interest.

4.6 Fee Changes

VizLine reserves the right to change fees with 30 days' prior notice.

4.7 Phone Number Ownership

All phone numbers assigned through Services are property of VizLine. A $75.00 porting fee applies for number portability after service termination.

4.8 Taxes

Customer is responsible for all taxes and license fees attributable to Services.

5. Mail Service and CMRA Compliance

5.1 USPS CMRA Requirements

Customer must comply with all CMRA rules and regulations. Before service usage, a notarized CMRA Form 1583 and 2 government-issued IDs must be submitted.

5.2 Mail Handling After Termination

All mail received after contract termination is marked "Return to Sender." USPS regulation violations may result in immediate service termination, fines, or imprisonment under federal law.

5.3 Prohibited Uses

Customer agrees not to use Services for obscene, illegal, immoral, or defamatory purposes. The VizLine name may not be used or combined with your business activities.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 General Principles

All fees after service activation are non-refundable in principle, with exceptions only as expressly provided in Section 7 and this section.

6.2 Cancellation Before Service Start

If a service has not yet been activated, full refund is provided when cancellation is requested within 72 hours of payment.

6.3 Refund for Non-Provision of Service

Full refund is provided if service is not delivered within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Services with longer activation times (e.g., Entity Formation Support) are excluded.

6.4 Customer Information Errors

No refund is provided when service is initiated or completed based on incorrect information provided by the customer.

6.5 Third-Party Costs

Costs paid to third parties, government agencies, or shipping carriers are not refundable.

6.6 Refund and Cancellation Request Method

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@vizline.com. Email subject must include "CANCEL REQUEST" along with name, company, account number, and service to cancel.

7. VizLine Verified 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

The VizLine Verified 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee applies only to services bearing the VizLine Verified Seal: Real Business Address and Custom Premium Plan.

7.1 Scope and Documentation Requirement

To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to support@vizline.com within 30 days of service activation, accompanied by official rejection documentation as specified in Section 7.2. Refund requests submitted without supporting documentation will be automatically denied with no exceptions.

7.2 Required Documentation (No Exceptions)

All refund requests must include official third-party rejection documentation:

  • Bank Account Rejection: Official rejection letter or written denial from the bank (Mercury, Chase, Bank of America, etc.) explicitly identifying the VizLine-provided address as the reason for rejection.
  • IRS Registration Rejection: Official IRS letter or notification confirming that the registered address was not accepted.
  • Seller Platform Rejection: Official rejection notification from Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platform explicitly identifying the VizLine-provided address or phone number as the rejection reason.

Refund requests based on simple dissatisfaction, change of mind, non-use, or unsupported by the documentation above will be automatically denied.

7.3 Approval Conditions

Even with valid documentation, refunds will not be approved for rejections caused by:

  • Customer error, omission, or false/incomplete information
  • Non-compliance with VizLine onboarding or setup instructions
  • Third-party policy changes unrelated to the address or phone number itself
  • Causes outside VizLine's control

7.4 Exclusions

The 30-day guarantee does not apply to:

  • Entity Formation Support (government fees and CPA partner costs after state filing are non-refundable)
  • Virtual Office, Cloud PBX, Phone Verification, Live Receptionist
  • Third-party costs, government fees, or shipping costs paid on behalf of customer

7.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 21 business days.

8. Customer Indemnification

8.1 Indemnification Obligation

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VizLine and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Customer's use of Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes
  • Customer's violation of laws or regulations including third-party intellectual property rights and privacy rights
  • Customer's use of VizLine's address, phone number, or infrastructure to send spam (unlawful promotional communications)
  • Customer's provision of false information regarding identity, company information, or business purpose to VizLine or third parties
  • Damage to VizLine's business reputation, infrastructure, or partner relationships caused by customer's actions or omissions
  • Penalties or sanctions imposed on VizLine by USPS, IRS, Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, Walmart, or similar entities due to customer misuse
  • Customer's breach of these Terms

8.2 Spam and Abuse

Customer expressly agrees not to use VizLine's address, phone number, or related infrastructure for unsolicited bulk communications (spam), phishing, fraudulent activity, or any communication violating CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or applicable laws. Violations result in unlimited liability for damages including legal fees, regulatory fines, and recovery costs.

8.3 Unlawful or Fraudulent Use

If VizLine discovers or reasonably suspects that customer's Service use is for unlawful purposes such as money laundering, fraudulent business operations, identity theft, or unauthorized seller account activity, VizLine reserves the right to immediately terminate all Services without notice and pursue full damages.

8.4 Notice and Cooperation

VizLine will notify customer upon becoming aware of any indemnification claim. Customer agrees to fully cooperate in defending such claims.

8.5 Survival

Customer's indemnification obligations survive termination or expiration of this agreement.

8B. VizLine's Right to Immediate Termination

VizLine reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any or all Services without prior notice or refund in the following cases:

8B.1 Spam and Unlawful Promotional Communications

If VizLine, in its sole discretion, determines that customer is using VizLine's address, phone number, or related infrastructure to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), phishing messages, fraudulent advertising, or communications violating CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or applicable laws, VizLine may immediately suspend or terminate all Services without notice or refund. VizLine may also report such activity to relevant authorities.

8B.2 Unlawful, Fraudulent, or Abusive Use

If customer is found to be using Services for unlawful purposes including money laundering, identity theft, fraud, unauthorized seller account activity, or violations of federal, state, or local law, VizLine may immediately terminate all Services without notice. VizLine reserves the right to report such activity to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

8B.3 Terms Violation

If customer violates these Terms, VizLine may immediately suspend or terminate Services without prior notice or refund. This includes non-payment, false information, misuse of VizLine infrastructure, and actions causing reputational or property damage to VizLine or its partners.

8B.4 Effect of Termination

If Services are terminated under this section, customer forfeits any right to refund of prepaid fees. Outstanding balances become immediately due. Mail received after termination will be returned to sender. VizLine's indemnification claims and accrued claims against customer continue to survive termination.

9. Early Termination

Early termination of a contract with a fixed term incurs an early termination penalty equal to the full amount of the remaining contract period. Early termination penalties do not apply when monthly contracts are properly terminated under Section 3.

10. Limitation of Liability (Services)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizLine is not liable for losses due to mechanical failure, strikes, delays, or non-performance by employees or service providers. Customer expressly waives all claims for damages from service interruption including business losses, revenue, profits, and data loss.

VizLine is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by third parties such as Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, Walmart, Mercury, IRS, or state government agencies.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VizLine and its officers and employees from all losses, liabilities, or claims arising from breach of this agreement.

PART C — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VizLine Service Group, Inc. ("VizLine") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using our website or services. This policy is effective from March 2026.

1. Information We Collect

  • Name, title, company name
  • Contact information including email address and phone number
  • Payment information (handled securely through payment processors)
  • Government-issued identification required for CMRA Form 1583 compliance
  • Demographic information such as ZIP code and interests
  • Customer survey and service-improvement-related information

2. How We Use Information

  • VizLine service account opening and management
  • Internal records and billing
  • Service quality improvement
  • Service-related notifications and updates
  • Promotional communications about new services and special offers (with consent)
  • Market research and customer feedback collection
  • Compliance with legal obligations including USPS CMRA regulations

VizLine does not sell customer personal information to third parties.

3. Security

VizLine maintains appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to secure collected information. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment systems.

4. Cookies

VizLine uses cookies for web traffic analysis and to improve website experience. Collected data is used for statistical purposes only and is not shared with third parties.
